Brushing and flossing, on the other hand, is the best remedy for people who have bad breath because they don't brush at all. Baking soda combined with water and used to rinse the mouth is another effective approach to get rid of the bad odor.

If your foul breath is caused by smoking, another simple remedy is to stop smoking.

Smoking is terrible for your health in general, and it prevents your breath from smelling fresh. I can't even begin to list all of the academic studies that link death with smoking or poor health and smoking. .We're We are all aware of the dangers of tobacco 

I must admit that on special occasions, I enjoy smoking a fine cigar. But I'm still aware that it's harmful for me, and I'm aware of how bad it makes my breath smell.

Smoking also dries out your mouth, preventing your natural saliva from properly washing your mouth. Because your saliva is unable to properly cleanse your mouth, cigarette smoke bacteria remain in your mouth, causing your breath to smell like a "ashtray."

Smoking also weakens and discolors your teeth. Who wants foul breath as well as yellow teeth? That certainly isn't the case for me. I'd like a true remedy for my bad breath, not just a band-aid.

Smoking cessation can improve not only one's breath but also one's health.
